Map of Properties of a Bad Landlord

The Village Properties Tenant Union is tired of the gentrification and abuses of power from their bad landlords, Alex and Reimer. I partnered with them and Detroit Action to create a map of all of the properties owned by these individuals to create a story of displacement and vacancy. We used this map in a social media campaign to out pressure on Alex and Reimer and their connections to the city. Think about the ways that you can put pressure on bad actors
